About the job

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using [specify tools, e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, etc.].
• Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
• Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand application functionality and identify test requirements.
• Enhance and maintain the existing automation framework and tools.
• Participate in test planning and estimation activities.
• Perform regression, performance, and load testing as necessary.
• Document test plans, test cases, and defect reports in [specify tools, e.g., JIRA, TestRail].
• Review and analyze system specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Conduct root cause analysis for defects and work with the development team to resolve issues.
• Stay updated with the latest testing tools and technologies, and advocate for their adoption where appropriate.

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on automation testing.
• Proficiency in automation testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress).
• Strong programming skills in [specify languages, e.g., Java, Python, C#].
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
